1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Acceptance of Terms

The following individuals are strictly prohibited from registering for or using atm168 Services:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from atm168 or any other gaming platform.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of atm168, or immediate family members of such individuals.
• Individuals acting on behalf of, or in collusion with, other Players to defraud or manipulate the platform.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant and represent that all funds deposited into your atm168 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. atm168 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds and may refuse deposits or freeze Accounts if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation.

4.4 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or accounts belonging to individuals other than the Account holder are strictly prohibited. atm168 reserves the right to void any bets or wagers placed using third-party funds and to confiscate such funds.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

First-time withdrawals or withdrawals from unverified Accounts may be subject to additional security checks and KYC verification, which may extend processing times to 24-48 hours. atm168 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals or withdrawals exhibiting unusual patterns.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method (typically Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets). Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on Account verification status and transaction history. atm168 does not charge withdrawal fees under normal circumstances, but reserves the right to apply reasonable fees in cases of excessive withdrawal requests or suspected abuse.

5.4 KYC Verification for Withdrawals

Before processing any withdrawal request, atm168 may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting valid identification documents (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie holding your identification document. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal request cancellation and Account suspension.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings confiscated and may face permanent Account closure.

All Players must engage in fair and honest gameplay. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, funds confiscation, and potential legal action:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Cheating and Fraud: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to manipulate gameplay or outcomes; exploiting software bugs or glitches; manipulating game results through any technical means.
• Advantage Play Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, platform vulnerabilities, or pricing errors in a manner inconsistent with recreational play.
• Match-Fixing and Insider Information: Betting on sporting events with knowledge of match-fixing, insider information, or other non-public information that affects outcomes.

7.2 Game Rules and Results

atm168 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, refuse service, and confiscate Account balances if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have:

• Provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Created multiple Accounts or used another person's Account
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Attempted to manipulate games, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use prohibited tools or software
• Posed a security risk to atm168 or other Players
• Engaged in conduct detrimental to the integrity or reputation of atm168

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination, your access to atm168 Services will be immediately revoked. You will forfeit any active bonuses, pending wagers, and loyalty program benefits. Withdrawal of your Account balance (excluding confiscated funds) will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
